Marlboro - Worst customer service
The 3 transfers to agents that could not help me was very frustrating.
The agent l dod finallly speak with assured me that there was someone who cared about the lack of interest and service when l asked and then asked what l just asked her!
My intial reason for calling was to complain about the cigatettes; Marb Reds are weaker/ less satisfying than what l have come to expect and pay for.
It takes 2-3 smokes to feel like l have smoked at all...
This change is noticable in the last 2-3 weeks; with 3 other of your 25+ year, loyal customers. We have saved our packing hoping that it may assist the company to keep our business and resolve the problem, as we see it.
We note also, the cigarettes burn extremely fast. It is bad enough to switch brands.
