I cannot get my account login any longer regardless of how I attempt to do so... I keep getting an error stating my account cannot authenticate...

Email address is accurate my username is accurate I know my password I have reset my password several times verify this entry questions I have verify my date of birth I verify my address I have tried to create a new account and tells me I already have an account... Slide back into my Marlboro account... I have several times over the past few months... I have lost out on thousands of points being able to eat with them for my account because regardless of my attempts it refuses to let me login or create a new account...

I appreciate your immediate assistance in this matter... The information is as follows...

True to the ease & ongoing; problems with your website that needs to be immediately addressed & corrected by Phillip Morris company IMMEDIATELY.... the information below is information I tried to imprint in your recommendation for future customers and your did we miss something... Because they are not valid usable fields that you can answer it when you trying to input information in their field as requested by your company your web site throw you back into this box in this world all the information air filter not valid or subject to be used by customers... Very frustrating and I'm customer-friendly...

Reset our login website so we can use my pin number instead of using a password. Other wise im unable to login with a pass word, I have Marlboro points waiting,i dont want to switch to a different brand of cigarettes. thank you
