went to Sheetz on W.Market St, HaHarrisonburg, Va.

5 min ago. My Name is Elizabeth Green DOB 12/15/61 Hm Add: {{REDACTED}}. Been getting Coupons by mail for past 15 plus years. Love Marlboro!!

But today, trying to to use coupon by phone in Sheetz , Mgr is saying they need to SCAN my phone. Why is this? Never did it before w scanning my phone at Royal stations so why today? So, Sheetz didnt give me the $1.50 off so Do Not Send any MONEY for reimbursement to them!!

Really made me mad and embarrassed me ...

frim now on just be sure I get my COUPONSby Mail please.Not using by phone no more Marlboro.

Asked you please Not to share this since it had Personal information and that I thought I was speaking to Marlboro about my complaint against Sheetz but I see Pissedconsumer.com you went against my request.Never again will I use you.

So, upset With your company. I missed Understood. I wish please that your company would please Delete this. How do I go about Deleting this whole conversation.

I want a Marlboro representative not a Live Audience to see my complaint.Very Unfair.
