Rewards program is a joke
The Marlboro rewards program is such a joke.We pay so much for this brand and they give us cheap rewards.The prizes are junk and it will take a year just to have enough for a cheap prize.They made it so nobody will ever have enough rewards to get the highest prizes.It's nowhere like the Marlboro miles back in the day.You could actually get some good stuff from that.I still have a lot of stuff I won from the miles program years ago.Also some days the site wont even load.

I have bought parliament red from Germany from the legal market, but when I opened the package, some of the cigars have undefined black color, and I am so scared to smoke from the package. Because I have noticed the price continues to rise. And I for one do not like it.
I have smoked Marlboro ever since I started smoking. I have drastically noticed the change.
The quality used to be absolutely the best. Now less tobacco, cheaper rolling paper. compromised filter. The packing has gotten cheaper also.
I have smoked for 59 years. The product has gotten so cheap. I can't believe it.
But Phillip Morris has to keep the stock holders happy and make more money. To *** with the people who make them what they are today.

Its really ridiculous that you guys only offer like 3 new videos you can watch every 90 days or so- rather than giving us a multitude of options to earn much more rewards. For Marlboro being one of the leading names and brands in the industry, you guys sure have a jew/janky way of showing it, and showing your appreciation for all of that money.and plz, save yourself the embarrassment of replying w how I can enter a total of 30 pack codes in addition to the janky 3 videos you guys post, smh.

For the price we pay for this product you would think they would offer a solution!
It took Marlboro a very long time to contact me due to an issue I had with a carton of cigarettes I had purchased. When I told them what had happened, that being that there was a defect of every pack of cigarettes in a carton that I had bought, they told me due to not having any of this product to send back to them left they would not offer me any sort of a resolution!
Mind you, I had reached out to them when the issue occurred and it took them over a month to respond!
At nearly $100 for this carton of cigarettes I found a means to make them work because not everybody has the money to go and buy another carton because of defects! Had they gotten back to me in a timely manner I could have done that!
I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handled this situation!
The Marlboro Black Menthol 100s are, in fact, my favorite brand of cigarettes! However, due to their lack of a remedy and the extremely long amount of time it took them to get back to me I will no longer be buying this brand!

The cigarette is very dry, and I've been smoking your brand for well over 5 years now. I've just experienced the worst cigarettes.
I'm very unsatisfied. I want to know what we can do about this. The 7/11 gas station on Donop Rd and Southon, I'm regular there for about 1 1/2 years and I buy a pack of cigarettes every other day. So, you do the math with how much I smoke, with these high prices.
I buy cigarettes before I buy even eggs. But, well, you just let me know how we can resolve this.

Why can we only enter 30 codes per month? Yes, I'm very aware that you can get extra points by watching videos/surveys, etc.
Roughly, you can only earn 41,000 a year. I happen to smoke more than 30 packs a month and have 3 shoe boxes full of points. Not to mention the extreme problems you've had with the website/MHQ leaving customers frustrated because they cannot enter points due to YOUR website problems.
It's like the company is advertising a 'reward' system, but then makes it more of a hassle to participate. Why don't you allow people to enter points as they have made your company rich!

I have smoked Marlboro cigarettes for a long time and I have always said if the price per pack goes over &10.00 a pack I will stop buying your product, you shouldn't keep gouging people to buy your products, but corporate greed is going to cost you a lot more in the long run, we know good and well it does not cost probably but about a dollar a pack to produce and package, so long

Everyone is complaining about how bad the rewards program is. How cheap the merchandise is.
But ya know, youre all smokers. You all buy cigarettes. Marlboro GIVES you points to save so you can get free items. Youre not buying those items with your own money.
Youre getting free points with a pack of cigarettes that you intend to smoke. A pack of cigarettes that you would have bought if they didnt have points. And if youre buying Marlboro just for the points then thats your own stupidity. Just because they dont hand the products over to you after a pack or two doesnt mean its a bad program.
I mean, does your other brand of cigarettes actually give you points so you can purchase name brand products? You arent spending a dime on those products. So grow the *** up, and stop boohooing about what Marlboro gives you for free. You dont like the product?
Then stop taking the free points and leave the products for the people that actually appreciate the generosity of Marlboro.
Personally, Ive spent well over 100,000 points on items and now have quite a few points saved again.all just entering 30 codes a month, watching a few videos and taking a few surveys. Some people just cant be satisfied and will *** and moan about anything, even the stuff thats being given to them free.

Over and over and over this happens to me where I can't get logged in no matter what I do I even tried to make a new one , different email address yet they know my email. Address my log on is foxysara0189 and I type that and I hit forgot password and yet still nothing please help legit have tried everything this is ridiculous!!

Happened twice now redeeming points for small items is fine but if you try to get something worth more points all of a sudden it never gets shipped out and they tell you to keep waiting then just say sorry after 10 weeks basically just stealing from people *** em dirty bastards

Twenty years ago Marlboro miles was great and it was easier to earn enough points and the prizes were fabulous and worth it. I got a leather backpack, great gadgets, set of luggage.
Now it is cheap overpriced low quality items that need so many points it costs thousands of dollars in cigs. I am switching to a premium brand Seneca at $5.60 a pack, no tax.

The stuff they have now is junk. A Samsung Galaxy Tab that is a 4 year old version for 72,000+ points. Seriously? 100 points per pack and they want us to spend that many on a *** device we could buy for $90?
