Refund on multiple cartons

Defective cigarettes
- - Half the pack's cigarettes have defective filters that aren't attached and they're not inexpensive.

I opened a brand new pack of Marlboro special select red 100's and half of the cigarettes are defective the filter is not attached to the cigarettes like the glue didn't work or something this is the second pack this week I have bought that did this I can't smoke these like this as I do not smoke non filters and they are not exactly inexpensive.

I have gone to 6 stores in the past 2 days, buying 2 packs of Marlboro Red in Playa del Carmen, and every single pack has an awful taste. I have bought and tried 12 packs individually, with multiple people saying that they are off.
I'm more concerned about a bad batch of Marlboro Reds in my area. Then compensation. I have put the remainder of my go-to cigarettes aside because they are simply not smokable and have resorted to buying Camel Yellows in the meantime, as I'm sure most of your loyal customers have.
Would be very interested to know if there are others that have reached out and if there will be a recall of your product in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Would give it a 0 if I was able to

I feel like I've been robbed by this billion-dollar company. It makes me sick that they took away 61,000 points from me, and there's nothing they can do.
I've spent so much money and time on this company just to get robbed of—I don't know how much money in points that is, but I know it's a ton. They should not be able to take your points from you, no matter how long it's been. That's people's hard-earned money and time. There was no way for me to get into my account, and I want my points back.
This is an outrage that they would do this to any of their customers. I'm literally sick to my stomach over this.

I feel your pain. Was saving up points but was also having problems with the site and adding codes last year.
Gave up and then kept forgetting.
Fast forward to today I see 97,000+ points expired from inactivity. 3 years of adding codes and spending so much for absolutely nothing in return.

Broken and unpacked cigarettes

Very bed quality and over rating
They took away all of my points 61500 to be exact and won't give them back, I'm extremely pissed about the way they handle this
About 8 years ago I was awarded a pair of sunglasses that came with two additional lenses. I did give the sunglasses to my friend's son he loved them.
Years later the awards program has gone down to a shady program. Regardless of this what I want to know is why in the *** are they putting gunpowder in their cigarettes? I mean it's gross dangerous and not to mention stupid. I also smell and taste other chemicals that literally were not in their cigarettes in the 1980s and 1990s.
Why have they deviated from their good tasting cigarettes to gross tasting Marlboro.
I'm talking about their Marlboro Red 100's box and short box as well. Why?

Twenty years ago Marlboro miles was great and it was easier to earn enough points and the prizes were fabulous and worth it. I got a leather backpack, great gadgets, set of luggage.
Now it is cheap overpriced low quality items that need so many points it costs thousands of dollars in cigs. I am switching to a premium brand Seneca at $5.60 a pack, no tax.
