The first time i had over 30000 points taken away because i signed in 2 days over my 90 days actice status (put in a code or lose it in 90 days). Which pissed me off but oh well, my fault, lesson learned.
Then i finally added my pounts back up to 60000 and ordered the jbl earphones. We had problems with our mail carrier so i called them and told them they were going to be sent back and i wanted a reshipment of them and still wanted the product and was willing to pay for shippimg. They informed me that they were out of stock and to keep checking back. Well they were out of stock for 3 months and i kept reaching out to get it resolved and they kept telling me to keep checking back.
Finally in stock! i got on chat again and requested them send me another pair. Thats when they informed me that i was over the so many days deadline to have it resolved so i wouldnt be able to get another one for replacement nor would i get my points back for not receiving the reward (per their agreement). If you want anything from this company i suggest you stay on top of the reward points and actual rewards.
I also find it very funny that the reward was all of assuden available 2 days after my reshipment could have been made. Also i think they try to block you out of your account as much as possible to see if youll give up for a while so you can lose your points. i have no proof of this just find it funny every time i get over 20000 points its all of a sudden almost rmposible to access my account. I think they play by their contract to the letter as long as they come out for the win and stack the cards to where they dont have to make anything right.
The only reason i smoke marlboro is to get points to get the rewards. As soon as i empty all of my pack codes into my account and order whatever i can to empty my points i will stop giving them my business. Side note i told them i wanted to talk to someone further up to see if we could resolve the ussue.
I was told i could and it would be passed on and should get contacted. Its been 2 wks and still nothing...
