For the last month I can’t open my account. #1 will not recognize my password #2 will not recognize temp passwords that customer assistance gave me #3 tells me I have an account try again.
I call into help line and everything they tell me to do never works and the response from them is “ I cannot understand why it will not work”? I have been on this site for years and never experienced this. It is your web site fix it so it is not impossible to get back in!
You would think in today’s market they still have smokers who purchase their product!
