Highly disappointed. Holy smokes guys..come on. The price for reds are high enough.. I depend on your coupons.. I was so excited that my birthday was coming cuz i'd get SOME appreciating for my $6.94 twice a day that i suport you with... But this year i get an online coupon that i can not use cuz i don't have a smart phone... TERRIBLE.. YOUR GREED MAKES ME WANT TO QUIT SMOKING MORE THAN I WANTED BEFORE! SHAMEFUL!

Boy, I feel so much better.i thought it was only me.i got stuck on December 7th.lol.im glad it's just a game.i searched everywhere for a help site a contact number or contact support.wow-theres nothing!I was sure I could have found a support number for then in the internet.i only found this rant and rave sign in page.lol.

Marlboro - Coupon Review

The new coupon app is a joke. The stores they send you to don't have scanners or anyway to get credit from Marlboro w/o paper coupon so can't use it at all. Marlboro never even contacted store to participate. When j called was told to call wholesale retail to do their job for them and figure out why I can't use coupon and wholesale retail doesn't deal w/customers only company I told them Marlboro told me to call and got hung up on. Called Marlboro back agent was rude asked for SUPV who once again wanted me to do her job for her and look up store info which she could have done looking at my acct when I told her as much she hung up too

I am very upset! I buy a carton of your marb blacks twice. A month but last carton i got its like my cigs wasnt holdin together right..the cherry kept falling out! I brunt my car seat... i love ur brand of cigs dont want to have to switch ...can u plz make it right by sendin me a new carton?

I read on facebook about Marlboro celebrating 100yrs..and giving away 1free carton of cigarettes...its all a scam...why would you guys advertise such a false actuation like that...why lie to your customers like that....ive been using your coupons for years....im so upset about this situation....how do you wants to keep your customers satisfied?? Well let’s use a little common sense!! How much does a carton cost in your area?

If it’s NOT $2.00 then odds are you fell hook line and sinker for a SCAM!!!! I know for a fact as a retailer that we deal with SO MUCH FRAUD!! Ppl tried to use that free carton coupon that you could print out. It didn’t work and each and every person claimed that they got it from Marlboro.

Even though it was all printed on regular paper. The point is this, if it’s too good to be true then it is NOT!!! Getting mad at the victim is just your entitlement rearing it’s extremely ugly head. What because you see the name Marlboro you incorrectly ASSume that they had something to do with it?

It wasn’t from Marlboro or their website. You just saw something YOU could profit off of and got mad at the victim because YOU wanted free stuff.

I recently seen where u are celebrating your anniversary and i signed up and it wouldnt let me go past the page where says loading andbwait for ur surprise.i have also tried to call customer service and after hour someone answers then hanhs up on me.reguardless to say she then cut me off and i tried again and after hour of trying get thru and got cut off again.i have smoked marlboros since was 12 and im about be 37 on halloween.so really dissapointed from a customers point view with u all.u have no problem receiving money for tour services but you would think tou would want your customers happy.well i hope you read this and try to make right and show you actually care about your customers and if dont edleast act like it.so hope in the end result you will make right.love your product but your customer service sucks at resolving issues.thats if you can get ahold them or they dont hang up on you.so hope they make right and take care there customers.thxs

Once again, MARLBORO HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE ADVERTISEMENTS, they did not put these out, it's people who want to SCAM you into buying things and doing surveys. If you ask Marlboro about it they would tell you that it has absolutely nothing to do with the Marlboro company

I just called

today is october 21 2015 i just called at 3 13 to talk to a representative about a free zippo lighter that was offered to me at an event and i never received an email about it. the woman i spoke to on the wasn't rude towards the beginning of our conversation but ended up getting frustrated with me when she couldn't do what i was asking and therefore started raising her voice and having an attitude. really i hate when people do stuff like that its your job to help people that call and as someone who works in customer service i understand sometimes people are irrational and hard to deal with however there is NEVER and there is never an reason or excuse for making a customer feel uncomfortable with your tone or actions i really wanted more help with the matter but the woman unpleasant tone and expressions just made me want to get off the phone . all i wanted was the free lighter that was promised to me . and actually i want one more thing for your employees to not be rude to me when i call for assistance. thanks you.

Wow...got a response from customer service about having to have a smart phone to enter their last promo.... the responded pretty much too bad...so sad....so guess I need to give up smoking to afford that smart phone! LOL! :) Just really surprised their customer service blew me off so quickly.... I also commented about their Red Moon Sweeps...which sucked just as bad.... guess they are losing so many customers with their bad service.. I have read a LOT of reviews with fellow smokers who have been treated the same way!! I am use to Marlboro being better than that....welcome to 2015...hiring customer service employees at the lowest price they can without ANY customer service manners!!! Oh well!!
