Rewards redeemed but haven't received my $visas
I had ordered numerous items through rewards program & have always received my items. However on March 19th of this year I selected a $50.00 visa card I waited and waited until I contacted customer service and let them know I still haven't received anything so I was told that they would have to escalate to a supervisor to try to get a replacement sent.
Waited a month and no response, I contacted customer service again & was told a replacement was mailed. To date I still haven't received it. I am going to contact them again but this is ridiculous.
Philip Morris should treat their customers decent, I have been smoking/purchasing for over 30 years. I can switch brands I am sure there are other brands that are close if not better tasting than Marlboro Golds.

I am a loyal customer of marlboro. Smoking is not good for me but addiction is hard to beat.
I figured if I'm going to smoke I mine as well use the Marlboro app and win some prizes. I saved up my marlboro points and got a record player!! I love it! I don't ever win anything but I finally won a notebook.
I won, everyday I do this and I finally win and they tell me that it's out of stock. I can understand that but does that mean I lose now? I mean can't they send me one when they get more in stock? I shouldn't be just told I'm a lover because they didn't have enough to give to people who win.
Its just upsetting to me.
I do this religiously everyday and it's exciting to win something! I just wish they would honor it.
Preferred solution: I just wish they would give every winner something when they get a new of gifts in.

Called in they told me they will send me another Power Bank and nothing they could do for my Brand New iPhone that got messed up
Probably one of the wires from the inside got loose and touched some place that wasn't supposed to be touched by it and caused the item to burn up inside. And also I was using it to charge my Brand New iPhone 12 just bought it. And when I was charging my phone I plugged it in and it said charging and like 2 minutes after the phone just went to a black screen like if I turned it off.
I tried turning it on and it doesn't turn on again. It also burned my Brand New iPhone 12 now I would like a refund for another Power Bank and a brand new iPhone 12 would should I do...any suggestions?

I saved up tons of points for the Wrangler denim jacket. I ordered it, and guess what.. it was everything I expected it to be. Good quality, didn't take forever to get it was great.
Now recently, I ordered the two pack of bandanas. I got very cheaply made ones that can be bought at the dollar store. When I sent and email to Marlboro saying I did not receive the ones pictured in the advertisement, they apologized and said they sent me the right ones this time. Waited a few weeks, got them in, aaaand... The same cheap ***
I emailed again, reiterating the issue, and that if they didn't have the ones pictured, that's fine, but I would like my points back. They stated that in agreeing with the terms and conditions of the program, I agreed to let Marlboro substitute whatever reward for one that they found of similar value.
Now, I have searched and read and reread the programs terms and conditions along with the websites, and I haven't found anything that has said that. I also could be wrong. But when I emailed back to ask about where it was stated (and to ask if they planned on changing the picture or would just continue to *** people out of points in this manner), I did not receive any response.
Joke's on me tho. I'm still giving those *** my money while they just smile and lie to me.
